Shipping
Orders process in 2–3 business days. You’ll receive an order confirmation immediately and a shipping notice once it’s on the way.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, tagged, in original packaging, and include the receipt.

To start a return, email shop@flippers.world. Do not send items back before contacting us.

For exchanges, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email shop@flippers.world within 7 days.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, and custom/personalized products cannot be returned.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers may cancel or return items within 14 days for any reason, provided items meet return condition requirements.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you don’t see it within 15 business days, please email us.
