RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 7 days of delivery by emailing shop@flippers.world with your order number and photos of the item.

SHIPPING

Please allow up to 5 business days for shipping confirmation and tracking unless otherwise noted on the product page.
Flipper's is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier and check with neighbors or nearby locations.

International orders: Tracking may stop after leaving the United States depending on the destination country's postal service. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.
Returned-to-sender packages cannot be reshipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
